Bliss works with arts and entertainment organizations at all stages of a practitioner’s lifecycle in their craft. She advises community theatres, arts education programs from elementary to post-graduate schools, professional membership organizations, and producing institutions. Through group training, guest lectures, one-on-one coaching, and keynote speeches, she strives to create an arts & entertainment industry culture that uplifts students, workers, and organizations with the skills and knowledge they need to bolster belonging and fortify justice in their artistic workplaces.
