I believe the arts deserve the same strategic rigor as any Fortune 500 company.
I am a solo strategist and executive coach dedicated to creating a thriving artist industry by prioritizing the people behind the work. My mission is to help arts organizations and individual artists design a culture of strategy, resilience, and professional alignment that lasts. We do this by professionalizing the way we lead and live int the arts. My background is more that “consulting” - it’s in the trenches of the industry.
The Bridge Between Vision and Strategy
My journey started on the stage. With a BFA in Acting from the University of Miami and a decade-long career as a professional actor, I understand the heartbeat of this industry. My proudest moment wasn't just a performance; it was winning the 2015 Philadelphia Barrymore Award for the original cast of Little Rock—a docudrama about the integration of Little Rock Central High School. It was there I realized that art has the power to change the world, but only if the industry supporting it is healthy and equitable.
Determined to drive change from the inside out, I stepped off the stage and into the boardroom. I earned my MBA in Management and Leadership from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business, where I served as the Inaugural Fellow for Diversity and Inclusion. Immediately following, I completed my Juris Doctor (JD) at Fordham School of Law, specializing in Litigation and Dispute Resolution with a focus on labor, employment, and entertainment law.
A Holistic Methodology
I don’t just offer advice; I facilitate transformation. To bridge the gap between "knowing what to do" and "actually doing it," I became a Certified Life Coach. This certification allows me to pair high-level business and legal frameworks with the psychological tools necessary to sustain behavioral change, overcome burnout, and navigate the high-pressure environment of the arts.
From Inclusion to Impact
I previously served as the National Diversity and Inclusion Strategist at Actors’ Equity Association. During my tenure, I spearheaded national initiatives to foster belonging and systemic inclusion.
Today, my work has evolved. I’ve realized that "inclusion" cannot sit in a vacuum—it must be woven into the very fabric of business strategy and leadership. I now use my unique blend of artistic insight, business acumen, and legal expertise to help:
Executive Leaders: Align organizational culture with business goals to drive performance and retention.
Arts Organizations: Move beyond compliance-based DEI and into sustainable culture strategy.
The Next Generation of Artists: I coach BFA students and early-career professionals to treat their craft like a business, helping them design a career roadmap that is as strategic as it is creative.
Why I Do This
I believe the arts deserve the same strategic rigor as any high-growth industry. Whether I am coaching a C-suite executive on leadership dynamics or mentoring an undergrad on the business of being an actor, my goal is the same: to work one-on-one with my clients to build a culture where artists and arts leaders don't just survive, but lead with impact.
